1) Opting In

By opting into SMS/text messages from Cognitive Organics through a web form, our website, intake form, consent form, scheduling process, verbal request, written request, or any other approved medium, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Cognitive Organics at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Cognitive Organics.

3) Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

5) Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from Cognitive Organics unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS/text messages does not prevent Cognitive Organics from contacting you by other permitted methods, such as phone, email, mail, secure portal, or other communication methods, when appropriate or required.
