Use the booking app in the clinician's profile that you like and operates in your state.  If you have questions prior to booking contact us at 614-610-1396 or admin@cognitiveorganics.com and let us know you would like to set up an appointment.  Normally we can schedule within a week for the first appointment.  The person you initially meet with at that first appointment will be your ongoing therapist.

Therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes (30 min for younger kids and Neurofeedback) and usually occur once a week.  A session typically starts with a brief check-in of your week and then work towards your goal(s) begins throughout the conversation.  Many people find that they are ready to start spreading out their sessions and/or discontinuing sessions within 6-12 months.  Some people need longer and some shorter - there is no one right way!

Pick your state, check the insurances listed on the state page, fill out the brief paperwork, and we will check your insurance to make sure to the best of our ability that we are in-network with your insurance.

That depends if you are going through your insurance or paying out of pocket.  Each insurance is different so contact us and we can help you figure out what it will cost you.  If you are paying out of pocket or doing out-of-network (OON) through your insurance then you will pay the full amount upfront.

A self-pay, 50-minute individual therapy session is $110.

A 15-30 minute, self-pay Neurofeedback/Counseling session is $60.
