When TherapyPortal opens, choose:
- Choose Request for New Patient.
- Service: Therapy Intake
- Location: Virtual (Any State)
- Clinician: Any Available Clinician
- Then choose from the available appointment times.
Even if you selected an in-person service such as LENS, your initial intake is scheduled virtually.
