I have had a variety of experiences from working one-on-one in private practice to working in a residential facility with young teens and adolescents by assisting them in areas of depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, and improving relationships with people closest to them. I believe in empowering individuals to overcome your fear and anxiety by embracing what is unique about you and helping you to believe in the person you can become regardless of current circumstances, past or background.
