What is IHBT?
IHBT Supervisor Description
Dedicated to the Supervision of the IHBT program
Provide Individual Supervision for IHBT staff (can be in-person or virtual)
Conduct weekly Group Supervision (can be in-person or virtual)
Utilizes structured format for case reviews
Qualifications Licensed as a Supervisor by the OCSWMFT Board
IHBT Clinician Description
95% or more of IHBT Services delivered in the home & community
Less than 25% of IHBT sessions delivered in the School
IHBT team and Supervisory backup available
NOT on-call 24/7
Crisis response, stablization, and safety planning. Cross-system collaboration, advocacy and interventions that support youth functioning across life domains. Family counseling. Individual Counseling. Skill Building: youth, parent, family. Resilience promotion; support enhancement.
Qualifications: Licensed by the OCSWMFT Board

95% or more of IHBT Services delivered in the home & community
Less than 25% of IHBT sessions delivered in the School

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

- If you are Dependently Licensed we offer Supervision for you at no cost to you.
- If you are Independently Licensed - you still need support too(!) - and we offer consultation groups that we call Pods, which allows you to build relationships with your coworkers, consult on cases and gain support.
- Flexibility with your schedule!
- We only offer W2 employment and also offer 401K (retirement) and health benefits. Our healthcare benefits include vision and dental as well as affordable rates for medical benefits. For example, if you are a full-time employee with us and would enroll in medical benefits as an 'employee only' you will pay approximately $11 a month* for a $1500 deductible with 100% coverage after you meet the deductible. (*2023-2024 rates)
- If you are applying to be one of our virtual therapists: You get paid for whatever you worked during the pay period and you get paid every two weeks. No waiting on insurance to reimburse us and then we pay you. You do the work you get paid consistently and reliably.
- W2 means that we pay the employer's tax so a 1099 pay can not be compared to a W2 pay!
Here's what we offer
Pay
IHBT Supervisors and Clinicians:
$60,000-$74,000
IHBT Family/Peer Support:
$45,000-$49,000
We pay every two weeks via a payroll company.
W2 Employee
No more low per hour salaries or splitting insurance payments so that you never know exactly what you are going to make. You are a W2 employee that gets paid every two weeks.

Be a therapist
We take care of marketing, billing, and client issues to name a few. That means all you need to do is be a therapist, see your clients, do your notes and enjoy life.
*Also, yes you can totally work somewhere else and work with us as well if you are part-time!
Clinical Support
We have weekly group supervision and clinical open-door hours available for you to get the support you need.
