Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years working with families, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes working with youth in treatment foster homes, providing triage therapy/crisis services in primary care clinics, providing school therapy and telehealth services for adults. I have worked with clients who have various concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, adjustment to life changes, anger issues, parenting, stress management/coping skills, communication difficulties and relationship issues. 

My approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I also like to use motivational interviewing to help clients determine barriers and overcome them to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
