I have been in practice as a licensed professional clinical counselor since 2004, with a strong background in community mental health and higher education counseling and administration. Holding both a therapist and clinical director positions throughout my career, I offer a wide variety of knowledge, experience, compassion, and empathy into my time with others. As a cognitive behaviorist at heart, I enjoy infusing my work with a lot of humor, and creativity, while embracing the holistic model of the mind/body connection.
