What is IHBT?

IHBT Supervisor Description

Dedicated to the Supervision of the IHBT program

Provide Individual Supervision for IHBT staff (can be in-person or virtual)

Conduct weekly Group Supervision (can be in-person or virtual)

Utilizes structured format for case reviews

Qualifications Licensed as a Supervisor by the OCSWMFT Board

IHBT Clinician Description

95% or more of IHBT Services delivered in the home & community

Less than 25% of IHBT sessions delivered in the School

IHBT team and Supervisory backup available

NOT on-call 24/7

Crisis response, stablization, and safety planning. Cross-system collaboration, advocacy and interventions that support youth functioning across life domains. Family counseling. Individual Counseling. Skill Building: youth, parent, family. Resilience promotion; support enhancement.

Qualifications: Licensed by the OCSWMFT Board

IHBT Family/Peer Support Description

95% or more of IHBT Services delivered in the home & community

Less than 25% of IHBT sessions delivered in the School

IHBT team and Supervisory backup available

Here's what we offer

Pay

IHBT Supervisors and Clinicians:

$80,000-$94,000

IHBT Family/Peer Support:

$60,000-$64,000

We pay every two weeks via a payroll company.

 

W2 Employee

You are a W2 employee that gets paid every two weeks.

Schedule Flexibility

Simple. You make your schedule.

We take care of marketing, billing, and client issues to name a few.  That means all you need to do is be a a part of our team, see your clients, do your notes and enjoy life.

*Also, yes you can totally work somewhere else and work with us as well if you are part-time!

Clinical Support

We have weekly group supervision and clinical open-door hours available for you to get the support you need.
